totally botched my uk eta application on my own, but they fixed it quick. customer service was patient, walked me thru everything. got approved in a day. pricey but worth it for the stress relief.

ES UNA ESTAFA Y GRANDE!!!! Parece web oficial pero no lo es y cobran 119USD por una transacción que cuesta solo 16£!!! Y lo peor es que en ningún momento del proceso del pago aparece claramente indicado el importe a pagar. Te das cuenta cuando ves tu extracto bancario. Eso es fraudulento!! En el mail de confirmación de recepción de tu solicitud, ni siquiera facilitan un n° de solicitud al cual hacer referencia. El mail de confirmación es de lo mas cutre y no facilitan ningún documento oficial donde confirma que has estado aceptado. Fraude total!

Site peu clair, le prix n'étant pas affiché clairement (et ayant un budget très limité pour mon voyage) j'ai effectué une démarche que je souhaite maintenant annulé en raison du prix. J'ai envoyé un mail au service client et espère recevoir une réponse rapide et un remboursement!
