totally botched my uk eta application on my own, but they fixed it quick. customer service was patient, walked me thru everything. got approved in a day. pricey but worth it for the stress relief.

Buongiorno, anche io non sono soddisfatta. Al momento del pagamento era indicata solo la cifra di 16 sterline per l'ETA e non anche la commissione per l'agenzia. Ho scritto una mail per ottenere il rimborso. Vediamo come va a finire.

Decent service, slow Response
Used them for a UK ETA. The process was clear, and approval came in 72 hours, but their customer service took a while to reply to my email. Solid overall, just wish they were quicker to respond.

Non comprare da questo sito , è inutile spenderesti un ingente somma di denaro senza alcun senso . Sono intermediari tra te e il governo per la richiesta ETA , con la differenza che loro si prendono quasi 90 euro di commissione al posto tuo . Ho richiesto immediatamente un rimborso , sei in tempo per richiederlo sfruttando il diritto di recesso . Sto capendo se andrà a buon fine , occhi aperti

De website is helemaal niet transparant. Ik dacht dat ik op de normale manier een ETA had aangevraagd voor Londen. Dit was de eerste keer, dus dom maar ik dacht dat dit de manier was. Helemaal niet duidelijk wat de kosten zijn, pas op de afschriften van mijn creditcard en email naderhand. Annulering gevraagd.

Attenzione prima di procedere con il pagamento. Il sito adotta una comunicazione volutamente ingannevole e richiede un pagamento di circa 100 euro per procedere con la richiesta di visto ETA (la quale ha un costo di circa 16 sterline, come da sito governativo). Ho richiesto l’annullamento dell’operazione e il sito ha provveduto immediatamente a stornare la cifra detratta. Non so se si può parlare chiaramente di frode ma prestate molta attenzione e procedete solo ed esclusivamente dal sito governativo UK.
