totally botched my uk eta application on my own, but they fixed it quick. customer service was patient, walked me thru everything. got approved in a day. pricey but worth it for the stress relief.

Pas op voor deze nep site
Pas op. Deze site is nep. Ziet er gelikt uit als een overheid-site maar je wordt belazerd met hoge extra kosten. Een ETA aanvraag via de officiële overheids-app kost 19 euro terwijl ETAS Travel (meer dan) 100 euro rekent. Je deelt al je persoonlijke gegevens zoals BSN-nummer, paspoort foto en rekening gegevens met een onbetrouwbare partij die hiermee makkelijk identiteitsfraude kan plegen.

Diese Seite absolut vermeiden!!!! Wirkt seriös, ist aber eine totale Abzocke. Was mich noch mehr beunruhigt ist, dass der Sitz in Belize , Honduras ist. Ich bin etwas besorgt , da man vertraute Daten an diese Personen weitergibt . Auf dieser Website wird angegeben, dass man innerhalb von 90 Tagen das Geld zurück verlangen kann und das habe ich gemacht . Mal sehen was dabei rauskommt. Viel Glück euch allen und Finger weg !!!!

What do they do with the information?
This happened to me as well. I was very distracted and truly just clicked on the first thing I saw. But then I saw the 99USD charge, and I knew it was not right. I read comments online and emailed them to get the refund, and they canceled the payment within an hour. However, I am worried about the information. They said they would delete it by email, but you can never really know... I went to the police and they told me not to cancel the passport but they really did not do a lot to help me

Nicht wirklich illegal(?) Ich zweifle!
Ich bin mir immer noch nicht sicher, ob meine über etastravel.com gebuchte eTA nun wirklich gilt oder neben der finanziellen Abzocke (2 x 90,63 Euro anstelle 2 x 10 brit. Pfund!!!) das ganze nur eine Fake-Seite war, die mir auch noch sämtliche Pass- und Kreditkartendaten entlockt hat. Die Seite (die offizielle war nirgends zu finden) gibt sich dermaßen offiziell (lt. Polizei "oft besser gemacht als die Regierungsseite") und gibt nirgendwo zu erkennen, dass "Service-Gebühren" anfallen, dass einem das Gesicht erst einfriert, wenn man die Belastung auf der Kreditkarte sieht. Nachtrag 13.7.25: Immerhin heute eine Reaktion und tatsächlich sofortige Rückerstattung der zweimal 99 USD, natürlich zum inzwischen deutlich für mich schlechteren Kürs.

oplichterij, 100 euro betalen voor iets wat je zelf in 5 minuten kunt aanvragen. Edit 15-7. Dit bedrijf vraagt later n.a.v. bovenstaande review opgave van order nummer en komt daarna met de bevestiging dat er geld zou zijn teruggestort. Dit is echt niet gebeurd. Graag ontvang ik alsnog het bedrag terug.

Vorsicht!!!! Betrugsfirma!!! Verlangt 92€ für ETA Großbritannien anstatt der 12€, der Preis wird auch nirgendwo genannt, man sieht es erst bei der Abbuchung. Absolute Abzocke!!!
