totally botched my uk eta application on my own, but they fixed it quick. customer service was patient, walked me thru everything. got approved in a day. pricey but worth it for the stress relief.

Völlig überteuert
Wir wollten ein EZA Touristenvisum für Großbritannien buchen. Es wurde vor der abschließenden Buchung nie ein Preis angezeigt. Von der Kreditkarte sind dann 119 Dollar abgebucht worden. Dies ist völlig überteuert! Positiv ist: wir haben die Buchung sofort per Email storniert und nach ca. 30 Minuten war das Geld wieder zurück gebucht. Wir haben danndas Visum direkt über die Webseite der britischen Regierung beantragt. Dies hat nur knapp 20 Euro gekostet. Einziger kleiner Nachteil, es läuft hier alles auf Englisch ab.

NO es la página oficial para obtener la ETA para viajar a REINO UNIDO
Por error, he realizado la compra en esta web y NO ES LA PÁGINA OFICIAL. Me han cobrado 119 USD y el precio es de 16 libras (19 euros y poco más al cambio). Como he leído en otros comentarios, les he escrito al correo para solicitar la devolución del importe y lo han hecho en menos de una hora.
