Svindel, men gjort utspekulert. Dette firmaet må lære forskjell på lovlig og etisk riktig. De har lagd en nettside, som ja, sier at man er på esky sin nettside, men de har kjøpt annonseplass hos google som gir de førstetreffet, og første linja sier (f.eks) RYANAIR - BESTILL REISEN HER. Så, når man da er litt kjapp, så funker svindelen. Man går inn på nettsiden, og fyller automatisk inn info og klikker seg videre. Man er veldig nøye på å fylle inn riktig info og med å skrive inn kortnummer etc, så da blir man lurt av utformingen. De sier de er veldig tydelig, men det er ikke det første gang man er inne på siden. Det de tjener penger på er et "servicegebyr". De gjør ingenting. De har et script, som bestiller billetten for deg inne på nettsiden til flyselskapet, og som sender deg tid for å bekrefte. Om noe skjer, og du ikke kan reise, KAN du få igjen beløpet, men ikke servicegebyret. Så de lurer deg og flyselskapet. Og, les under her nå, på svaret som kommer fra de: "Vi er tydelige på at vi er et ledd mellom den reisende og flyselskaper, og det står tydelig på nettsiden at de er esky, og at det også står i terms and conditions". Seriøst bare les svaret som kommer 😂 Dette er skrevet etter svaret ble skrevet fra Esky: svarte akkurat som jeg skrev de ville.
I boght tickets to Italy with esky. The departure flights took 3 days before I was able to take off which made me miss the wedding we were attending. The airlie said I needed to go through esky for a refund since they were the company I purchase the ticets through. esky has not been helpful at all and refuses to help get me a refund. They keep dismissing me and I cant get to a erson to talk to to discuss my problem. I would NEVER use esky in my life. There is no way of communicating with them.
It is simplified and no complications with regards to filling the documents. I just love the smooth flow

N.prenotazione 5561530201. Ho fatto il biglietto in data 14 luglio ed ancora non mi è arrivato via mail .Risulta prenotazione in attesa di pagamento sebbene risulti approvato con il numero della carta di credito fornito. Non è possibile contattarli , spero che tutto risulti regolare

Ho dovuto pagare 60.50 euro per il check in visto che voi anche se vi ho pagato non siete stati in grado di effettuarlo. Vedete di rimborsarmi subito

I booked a holiday through esky for 10 people to fly to Portugal. From the moment I booked it I was scammed. They sent me a fake confirmation email and after a week when I didn’t receive my e tickets I contacted Ryan air who advised that they had no recollection of my booking. I contacted the bank straight away and made them aware I was scammed of £2500. This money was refunded to me the same night but a lot of stress went with this as two days before Christmas the money was taken back off me . It was only through me getting in touch with the financial ombudsman that I got my money back. Barclays were in the wrong here but if it weren’t down to eskys stupidity this would never have happened. My auntie then booked the same holiday and was advised that the holiday had been booked using eskys email address and business card but had told my auntie that she couldn’t have the email address used to get her flight tickets as it was GDPR has anyone ever heard the likes of this. They then told my auntie to contact them the day before we were flying for them to check us in through Manchester airport and just go through the airport as normal even though we had no tickets. We then got an email 5 days into our holiday to say get ready for your upcoming holiday what a joke never ever book through esky they are the worst scammers I have ever known and the company needs to be shut down

There are some issues with esky.com and 1 issue was my fault for not researching before booking for my July 2023 flights. The other issues..... you advertise in USDollars yet I got charged an ''exchange rate'' from your local currency. I was charged an additional $27.00us for this. A secret you do not divulge. I was charged $84.49 for 4 aisle seats for my round-trip booking [4 flights]. American Airlines honored the payment, but during check-in on my departure flights they assigned me to the only seats available. If you're selling seats, then you should have the ability to assign them or block them for your clients or not sell them at all. And finally, I received an email from esky asking to complete a satisfaction survey only a day or two after I booked on June 6, but the survey was only open for 7 days - so, since my trip took place July 18-26 & I waiedt to be able to relate my full experience, you blocked me from completing the survey. And finally -- I had to pay American Airlines an additional $115.55us for the 2 aisle seats on my 2 flights coming home or be placed in a middle seat on both flights. I am soured from using your service again.
