I am surprised that anyone is able to use this agent They never answer their phones or reply to messages. Not a great or professional estate agency. I would never use them again even if they did answer their phones.

A great selling experience
We chose to go with the Equity team because we really appreciated that, when they arrived to do the valuation, they were not pushy. We did not feel like we were being upsold, and they simply presented the facts. Their fee was also very reasonable, which helped confirm our decision to go with them. The marketing for our property was carried out incredibly quickly and to a very high standard. We felt they truly did our home justice. Once we accepted an offer, which thankfully happened quite quickly, we worked closely with Darren Nelson to see the sale through. We were really impressed with how clearly and promptly he communicated, and unlike our previous experiences, we felt we could genuinely trust what we were being told. Of course, buying and selling property is always stressful, but we cannot imagine another company delivering a better level of service. We highly recommend Equity, and especially Darren, to handle your sale.
Exceptional and caring service
Darren Nelson is one of the most professional, knowledgeable and considerate agents I have come across. A long and drawn out sale was made completely bearable by knowing Darren was on our side. Just a brilliant service.

The best Estate Agents my mum has ever had
My mum wanted to sell a property so at first she went to an estate agent that didn't seem to care about her needs and wants as a customer and it just seemed liked this agent just couldn't be bothered. Luckily my mum had not signed that estate agents fee/ commission contract yet, so my mum left this estate agent and came to Equity instead. From the start to finish of the sale of my mum's property, Darren and Helen were just so supportive, they were always so kind and spoke to us like they genuinely cared, like it wasn't just about the sale for them so they could get their commission, i could tell the way they treated myself and mum they cared. Like for example Darren would sometimes be busy and would send me a message that he would call me back but literally stop what he was doing and a few minutes later call me back. The point i am trying to make is Darren went above and beyond for my mum. So Darren, Helen and the whole team at Equity thanks again you guys are brilliant and my mum was lucky to have you as estate agents.

One word…… Oustanding
One word…… Oustanding. Cannot recommend Equity highly enough, in particular Darren and Helen. It was not an easy sale as there were issues with managing agents etc but Darren and Helen went above and beyond to ensure that the sale went through. These people really care. Any concerns/questions that I had were dealt with efficiently and promptly and nothing was too much trouble for them. I have sold many properties over the years and have never had this level of service. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you Darren and team. You were amazing.

Kyrie understood exactly what we were…
Kyrie understood exactly what we were looking for in a house and he only proposed suitable options for us. This is something that saved us a lot of time and effort as we both work long hours. We had a great relationship built on trust and good communication. The communication was via text he was very responsive and available for any queries we had.
