So far so good, excellent communication!

So far so good, switch from BG was easy, the gas took a bit longer to switch over but I think there was a slight issue with connecting to the gas smart meter, but a quick WhatsApp chat later (on a Saturday!) and everything was quickly resolved by Lewis. Impressed with the quick communication. EV tariff from 00:00 to 07:00 is amazing as well, those extra two hours really make a difference!

Very helpful

They were very helpful and patient. Nice to speak to someone with a genuinely friendly personality. I would recommend them.

Great help desk

Ref Amy RB3, It was a great relief to actually find some one on a help desk that could deal with the problem that we had regarding a faulty meter that resulted in an upgraded one being installed. Amy dealt with this problem extremely well and explained everything in detail and sorted it out very quickly. Amy is great credit to the Eon team Many thanks Philip

Informed in good time before the end of contract and advised on the cheapest option going forward, which was easy to switch to; from memory just a couple of clicks, no re-entering of all my personal details.

Never had a problem.

Never had a problem, they are always ready to help with any questions you might have. What I like is the online bill information, it's clear and very easy to understand, you know exactly what your paying and what credit or debit you have in your account. All in all I would definitely recommend this company.

Easy to understand

My tarrifs where ending, so I went on the app and searched. It was very easy to navigate and I found a good tarrif fixed for 2 years as I am on a fixed income and thought this was the best option for me.

I contacted E.ON to rebook a Meter Change appointment - the Staff Member I spoke with was most helpful and efficient and whilst in contact I changed my account to a cheaper tariff - very good all round - thank you.

Good and honest
