So far so good, switch from BG was easy, the gas took a bit longer to switch over but I think there was a slight issue with connecting to the gas smart meter, but a quick WhatsApp chat later (on a Saturday!) and everything was quickly resolved by Lewis. Impressed with the quick communication. EV tariff from 00:00 to 07:00 is amazing as well, those extra two hours really make a difference!
Hasan was extremely helpful and efficient
They were very helpful and patient. Nice to speak to someone with a genuinely friendly personality. I would recommend them.

Ref Amy RB3, It was a great relief to actually find some one on a help desk that could deal with the problem that we had regarding a faulty meter that resulted in an upgraded one being installed. Never had a problem, they are always ready to help with any questions you might have. What I like is the online bill information, it's clear and very easy to understand, you know exactly what your paying and what credit or debit you have in your account. All in all I would definitely recommend this company.

My tarrifs where ending, so I went on the app and searched. It was very easy to navigate and I found a good tarrif fixed for 2 years as I am on a fixed income and thought this was the best option for me.

I contacted E.ON to rebook a Meter Change appointment - the Staff Member I spoke with was most helpful and efficient and whilst in contact I changed my account to a cheaper tariff - very good all round - thank you.
