So far so good, switch from BG was easy, the gas took a bit longer to switch over but I think there was a slight issue with connecting to the gas smart meter, but a quick WhatsApp chat later (on a Saturday!) and everything was quickly resolved by Lewis. Impressed with the quick communication. EV tariff from 00:00 to 07:00 is amazing as well, those extra two hours really make a difference!
Hasan was extremely helpful and efficient
They were very helpful and patient. Nice to speak to someone with a genuinely friendly personality. I would recommend them.

I have had no issues with eon, managed to change tariff easy happy with the service.
I have been an Eon customer for many years now and never felt the need to change to another electricity or gas provider. At several times I've had other offers and quotes but it has never been any cheaper.
I had a problem and it was sorted out by telephone quickly and efficiently by a very nice young lady.
Good service with clear information and understanding.
Lady called me & talked me through the different tariffs that were available as I’m vulnerable adult. I was very happy with outcome. She was brilliant
