My item never arrived and when I sent a inquiry email no one would respond. This was supposed to be part of a Christmas gift.

The tea is a high quality. It has always arrived before or on the estimated delivery date.

Tired of Safari, not your fault. All the products are great as are the prices. I probably need to check on any sale items like the Everton coffee cup for my mate Iron, better beat the pool tomorrow

All in all, great service! However, wrong kind of teapot! I had ordered the Red Lotus pattern teapot, I received another pattern! Although, just as lovely, and I will use that as a gift! Other than that, good customer service. The chocolates are delicious!

Had the biscuits in time for the scheduled tea—a Shakespeare club, they loved the variety—and ordered enough for my holiday season. Ginger nuts and the light tea biscuits are hard to find locally. Any of the jammed varieties would be welcomed, too.

This was my second order within 3 weeks and I could not be more happy with the products and delivery services to my home in Berkeley, CA. Both orders contained a considerable amount of chocolate bars (360g) and they all arrived via USPS Priority within 3-4 days after order placement. Nothing was crushed or most importantly nothing melted. The only shortfall was how the chocolate bars were packed on the second order. While only one chocolate bar broke in half, it could have been prevented if bubble wrap was used -like it was used on my first order of several chocolate bars. Otherwise, all went well and will order again when the need arises.

The tea arrived quickly, and it wasn't damaged.
