christmas pudding
christmas pudding, vegan, online & delivered to our door! couldn't find it anywhere else unless we made it from scratch. Tasted good too. Will probably reorder next year.

Recipes reclaimed
Being able to get an ingredient that was sold in the North in groceries stores. I always used Bisto for years, especially for my delicious beef stew. The secret of this great flavor was given to me by my sister's mother-in-law who was from England. Also, I love the flavored teas that I use to buy that aren't available in the the South. Thank you.

Great customer service
Unfortunately, my order was damaged upon arrival. But the customer service personnel took care of it quickly, and were very helpful. So instead of me giving a low score, since the customer service experience made it a positive experience, I'm giving 4 stars.

The selection of tea is very good. I would suggest that you let customers know what name to look for in the email that lets you know that the tea has been shipped. At first I thought it might be spam.

was NOT clear which items under…
was NOT clear which items under "clearance" tab were actually eligible for the 30% "auto applied to cart discount". (1)mixed in were 15% off green teas and (2)zero additional discount for limited offer items. took very long to figure out which items were actually eligible for 30% additional discount. was an one day only offer on a Sunday where you could not get customer support!
