Your website is nice and the tea arrived in a timely manner. I would have given you a 5 if the tea leaves weren't so pulverized. Not much leaves, mostly dust, which I don't like. The tea was Taylor's of Harrogate Loose Leaf English Breakfast.

They have the best loose leaf teas online that I always order from them.

I like the ETS as I love ordering loose tea rather than tea bags and they usually have my favorite teas. Their service is fast and packaging is good, especially if you don't have tea tins for storage. This would have been 5 stars, but they were out of my very favorite peach and apricot black tea.

I have always enjoyed drinking tea. Since childhood. Come from a long line of tea drinkers. I enjoy loose tea when I make the time to experience. Now, in my dosage I like a strong tea. Your product makes that possible.

This item looked nice on the website. However, when I received it, it was obviously cheaply made. The porcelain surface wasn't smooth. The picture, the snowman, was distorted embarrassedly.

My order arrived on time and the packaging was great. I will definitely order from you again!
