Excellent service, initially I was thinking about letting the house but decided to sell so I had dealings with both sales and lettings departments. Very supportive staff who personally kept me well informed at every stage, plus an easy to use online portal. Special thanks to Helen (Lettings) and Carol (Sales). Emsleys in Sherburn in Elmet are a first class agency.

Making the choice to sell the house with Elmsleys it was a great experience from start to end. The valuation was spot on and managed to agree a sale in just 6 days being on the market. Victoria who did the valuation and initiated the sale was great and very professional. but the ladies who handled the case in the Rothwell office were amazing! Maria Hamill was friendly, understanding and extremely helpful dealing with our queries while the case was with the solicitors. Her contact was fantastic making sure that all the queries were answered and we understand the process. I would highly recommend Emsleys and especially the Rothwell office. Thank you for your help

Since putting our trust in Emsleys to sell our property all the Cross Gates staff have been great. From Helen coming to our property giving us a price, taking the pictures & putting it up for sale was all done quickly & professionally. Whilst getting a cash buyer who wanted to move in soon, we were being let down by our solicitor ( Not Emsleys). Natalie came to our assistance& whilst talking to her recommended using Emsleys solicitors ( at Colton). She quickly contacted her colleague ( Poppy), & arranged a meeting for us that same day. Poppy also delivered what she said she would do. We cancelled our old solicitor & we have been impressed with how the process is going. So far we are very pleased we have chosen Emsleys to help sell our property & help us through the process.

Hannah & Natalie were both fantastic from start to completion. The sale was challenging at times due to the chain (nothing caused by Emsleys) and they were regularly chasing the chain for updates whilst keeping the buyer reassured and updated too. They were very prompt in replying to emails and calls. Would recommend and would use again.

The brilliant, and very friendly staff at the Crossgates branch, made our house sale and purchase much less stressful than we anticipated. All the staff at the Cross Gates branch were really friendly, helpful and understanding. We were kept up to date with progress and they would contact the buyer to chase up where necessary. After a poor experience the previous year (not Emsley's fault) and putting the property back on the market, we went from offer to completion in 7 weeks and 2 days. The only negative is that the the PropertyFile app which was supposed to show each completed step of the process was not kept up to date. Fortunately the estate agents kept us up to date by phone.
