The website is easy to navigate and you have an assortment of products. My negative is the lack of feedback on when I can expect to recieve my order. I keep checking since a signature is required so that I can plan to be avaliable to sign but no information has been sent or is avaliable.
i ordered on 1/1, which i understand is a holiday. but then it took another 6 days to shift and now another 7 for delivery. shipping is everything these days
I’ll give one star for the website being easy to navigate & another star for having the products I needed in stock (could not find it anywhere else in stock). As I was checking out, they had an option to pay an additional $12.00 for 3-5 shipping, I opted in as I really wanted it in my hands as soon as possible. I’ve just received a notification from the tracking app they use telling me that the package would arrive 01/16/24 when I placed my order on 01/02/24. I reached out to them because I feel like I was duped into believing my items would arrive in 3-5 business days. It will arrive 10 business days after (2 weeks from order date) so I emailed them in regards to a refund for the 12$, which is not a lot of money but it’s more the principal taking money from people promising things that would not be fulfilled. They emailed me back and stated the following: “Thanks for contacting us at Element Vape! Unfortunately we are unable to refund shipping fees. Please be aware that all stated transit times are simply estimates and are not guaranteed. Additionally, these will not include processing times.” My question to Element Vape is why not let the customer know that “all stated transit times are simply estimates and are not guaranteed…. these will not include processing times.”? Seems like they are money hungry and will do what they can to get an extra couple bucks out of you. I haven’t yet revived my item but I’m hoping everything is in check but the overall online shipping experience with them has been nothing but horrendous. If I order something on a website Thursday afternoon and PAY 12$ to have it here as quickly as possible, it should have been shipped out on Friday, Monday the latest. So with that being said, I would personally stay away from this money hungry business.

I can't really tell you anything about the products I ordered because I have not received anything, not even an email telling me when my order is being shipped and I ordered it on the first and it's now it's the 6th So yeah, so far it's no stars but I had to leave a star to be able to leave a reply... You sure send plenty of junk emails, but not any containing information on when it's being shipped or delivered...

Element Vape has a fantastic selection, they ship fast and are always consistent. Their customer service is excellent. I recently had the wrong flavor sent to my by accident and I contacted them. They immediately answered, were professional, very warm, friendly and helpful. They told me I could keep the one they accidentally sent me, free of charge and sent me the right ejuice right after that, quick, simple, easy.
At this point my experience is with the ordering process. To that end, I appreciated the clean and professional website. I was surprised and overjoyed with the feature that provides links to all products compatible with the product you are viewing. First website I have ever seen that on. Navigating took a minute for me to catch on, but once I did, it was smooth and easy throughout check out was fast and secure. All in all I enjoyed my experience I’ll have to come back tokeep you posted on the speed of delivery, and the quality of the product’s I purchased.
