I’ll give one star for the website being easy to navigate & another star for having the products I needed in stock (could not find it anywhere else in stock). As I was checking out, they had an option to pay an additional $12.00 for 3-5 shipping, I opted in as I really wanted it in my hands as soon as possible. I’ve just received a notification from the tracking app they use telling me that the package would arrive 01/16/24 when I placed my order on 01/02/24. I reached out to them because I feel like I was duped into believing my items would arrive in 3-5 business days. It will arrive 10 business days after (2 weeks from order date) so I emailed them in regards to a refund for the 12$, which is not a lot of money but it’s more the principal taking money from people promising things that would not be fulfilled. They emailed me back and stated the following: “Thanks for contacting us at Element Vape! Unfortunately we are unable to refund shipping fees. Please be aware that all stated transit times are simply estimates and are not guaranteed. Additionally, these will not include processing times.” My question to Element Vape is why not let the customer know that “all stated transit times are simply estimates and are not guaranteed…. these will not include processing times.”? Seems like they are money hungry and will do what they can to get an extra couple bucks out of you. I haven’t yet revived my item but I’m hoping everything is in check but the overall online shipping experience with them has been nothing but horrendous. If I order something on a website Thursday afternoon and PAY 12$ to have it here as quickly as possible, it should have been shipped out on Friday, Monday the latest. So with that being said, I would personally stay away from this money hungry business.
