Element Vape

This is the worst online vape store. We placed an order on 12/30 and have yet to receive the package! There was one attempt made to deliver the package and we haven't heard anything from the shipper or had another attempt made in over a week. If a signature is required then the shipping company should reach out to coordinate a delivery time and at the least update the tracking information accurately. We will NEVER purchase anything from this company and now we are going to have to fight to get a refund for products that we never received! Very unhappy customer.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Sway (formerly Returnmates) which is the logistics company Element uses. Their customer service and delivery process are shockingly poor. I had a package that required an adult signature upon delivery, but the drivers never even attempted to deliver it. Twice now, they’ve claimed they couldn’t deliver because of a "gate code" issue. The problem? I don’t live behind a gate—I live in a house on a public street. When I contacted their customer service team (via the text message they initially sent me), they were incredibly unhelpful. Despite replying directly to their text, they claimed they “couldn’t find my delivery.” After arguing back and forth for a while, they finally located the delivery but rescheduled it—for midnight! Keep in mind, the package requires a signature, so delivering at that time is completely impractical. This entire ordeal has been so aggravating that it has completely soured my view of Element Vape. To resolve this issue, I am requesting the return of my shipping fees and reimbursement for the costs of repurchasing the product from another vendor. An apology from sway for this terrible experience would also be appreciated. This level of service is unacceptable, and I strongly discourage any business or consumer from using Element Vape.

I placed my order on Dec 31 2024 and todays date is Jan 23rd and still haven't received my order.

Order 11082563175 Its been 16+ days since I ordered. The tracking shows that it transferred to final mile carrier ( whatever that means) in glen burnie on the 14th. Hasn't moved since and I have not received it. Whatever carrier you use is very slow or unreliable.

First purchase, only place I could find a replacement glass for my atomizer. Order arrived pretty quick, it was complete with no errors. In fact, every item I was looking for was in stock!

Ordering & giving Element Vape my money of course was easy!. Getting my order was very difficult!!! We're told that delivery will take 5-14 days. Legally someone over 21 needs to be at home to sign for the delivery, understandably . But what about those of us who have jobs or whom are single, or live alone??? Are we as customers supposed to sit home for those 5-14 days waiting on our order? Will Element Vape pay our days off to sit at home waiting??? Element Vape states after you place your order & it's in 'delivery companies' hands, Element Vape is no longer involved UNLESS our orders are returned undelivered & we are given a refund. And the 'delivery company', WOW'!!! One of the 2 days they attempted delivery was pathetic. A complete MORON. This person has got to be the biggest idiot ever!! Has this person never seen a doorbell before?? How the hell can you miss a clearly mounted doorbell?? I don't like to say mean things about people but come on!!! I know it will take forever for Element Vape to return my money, of course & people with good reviews will think I'm a bad person but I'm just stating my personal expierence. I really hope no one else goes through the same crap I did!! Good luck people!!!

Shipping is the worst, no way to track it. Shipping times over 14 days.

I like the vape website idea but I'm left without my tracking number waiting close to a month to wait on my package saying it's on its way but no delivery date or tracking number and the speed of delivery is absurd for the payments of this purchase with all its fees and conditions

Waited over a month to receive a product for it to arrive on my birthday which was a nice surprise as I’d given up on waiting for it. After opening the product the vape had missing parts and after reaching out to their customer service department they started to say it was my fault even though I showed them the description and details on the product listing very disappointed save time and money and know what you buy, don’t bother using this company as I was let down

Package never came.. sezzle keeps charging me and I paid for shipping insurance through another scam Element vape sells

I am verry happy with the products but I could not track the order. Also three of the boxes where damage.

I still havent recived my package its been terrible with them. Theres no way they have a help desk or anything to contact someone of your order. Please dont not order from here its terrible. trust me

I don't receive my order

Shipping is so horrendous that, that is the sole reason im leaving one star. They advertise fast shipping all over there website but its the complete opposite. My order status was on “processing” for about 5 days. Now it says shipping but checking the tracking number it says “Label has been created” for about the last 4 days. I like the fact the site has just about anything you need vape related but if you plan on receiving your item within this decade do not order from them. This is my first time using Element Vape and will for sure be my last.

Well, I have not receive my order yet its hard receiving the order because of the delivery just tell them to leave my order by the door, and I will not order again because of this situation, they schedule on saturday but then they just schedule today right away i am not at home during those time they want their own sched its hard doing that and i dont kbow if i can still receive my order, if not not just refund my order and i will order from different online store thanks.

Horrible experience.. I placed my order, and paid for it... the next day they just canceled it as "flagged for fraud". This company was a giant waste of my time, I highly recommend you shop anywhere else!

The product and price are great. The shipping SUCKS. It takes a very long time time to arrive from the shipper.

Seems like it took a long time to get order.
