I was supposed to get free shipping and was charged for it anyways. I spent $99 to secure this cause it said $90 gets free shipping. Other than that I’m happy.

I gave 5 stars because the site is easy to use. Y'all have great selection of products and the prices are pretty good. Also notice you offer a good amount of different promos. I just put in my first order which should last me a good while, but definitely plan to come back in the near future for more.

At times my orders don't get updated with a valid shipping ID to track. The website is easy to use but after you click order submit the info is a flip of a coin and it makes the experience hard to trust element. I used to order alot and now it can be a headache
