Avoid this company
Avoid this company. Very very poor customer service. Ordered items for our grandson as a gift. DPD Courier delivered to wrong address. Picture clearly showed wrong door . Company not interested in resolving matter, just said it had been “delivered” and WE should contact local DPD depot. DPD wouldn’t help as we were not the parcel sender. So we’re left out of pocket and our grandson without his parcel. Buy from a more reputable, helpful company NOT Dripmoda.

Sent back an order 3 weeks ago and it has since been confirmed they have received the items back but no response has been given. They have stolen my money and no one replies to emails EDIT* they have replied to this review with an email to contact them which is invalid. The full company is a scam. You get an initial reply then they ignore all further messages

Ordered shorts set, paid £4.99 postage, they sent a completely different set, they said I had to pay another £2.99 to return the item I didn’t even ask for. Customer Service took ages to even acknowledge and then days to deal with it to refund me. I ended up opening a dispute with my bank for my refund and then the Company refunded the £2.99 then the outfit refund and still waiting for my original postage of £4.99. First and last experience I have with this Company.. Quick at taking your money but slow at paying it back for their own mistake x
