Avoid this company. Very very poor customer service. Ordered items for our grandson as a gift. DPD Courier delivered to wrong address. Picture clearly showed wrong door . Company not interested in resolving matter, just said it had been “delivered” and WE should contact local DPD depot. DPD wouldn’t help as we were not the parcel sender. So we’re left out of pocket and our grandson without his parcel. Buy from a more reputable, helpful company NOT Dripmoda.

Ordered lots from this company had no issues. I had my first issues from many orders. Coincidentally it was the last day I was able to return so it happened within14 days, the writing was pealing away. Absolutely no response what so ever. Various email and nothing!

I’m not one to leave reviews, but I really feel that they are worthy of this one. I ordered the Nike dry fit sets, but the shorts were missing on both , within 24 hours, the issue was resolved and the items missing were delivered that next day and on a Saturday. Customer service five star.

Shocking customer service. I have written numerous emails, to various contacts at DripModa, and no response. I am sure they will respond to this though. Your customer care team might not work weekends, but I emailed you on Tuesday 6th, Wednesday 7th, Thursday 8th and Friday 9th, so I’m afraid this doesn’t cut it.
