I have had a really good experience

I have had a really good experience with DLG Legal Services. Always prompt with their communication and well informed. Dealt with a few people within the team and they have all been great. Recently Graham Dent dealt with the case and he was also very good and professional.

If you value your money and mental…

If you value your money and mental health don't use this company. Completely & utterly Inept does not come close to express how incompetent this company are. They had several months to submit my dash cam video footage along with my witness statement to the county court. Submitted 2-3 days before the hearing date, knowing the cut off is 14 days before the hearing. Judge would not view my evidence, instead, found in favour of the claimant for their monies. Logged a complaint with my insurance broker who after viewing the dash camera footage agreed the third party was at fault. Insurance company also agreed. My van has been repaired. Claim has been logged as non-fault on my behalf, no excess paid, protected no claims bonus has not been affected. Judge agreed with my remark, I was let down by the solicitors. Suggest, for your own piece of mind and mental well being never use this company
