I have had a really good experience
I have had a really good experience with DLG Legal Services. Always prompt with their communication and well informed. Dealt with a few people within the team and they have all been great. Recently Graham Dent dealt with the case and he was also very good and professional.

Seamless Customer Service
Unfortunately, I closed my application down before I e-signed at the bottom. James picked this up. I missed his call but when I rang back Lisa was fully on board with my case; swiftly booked me in for a further telephone call to commence a new application. Minutes later she was back on the phone with a solution to resurrect my original application and save an hour of my time. The customer service that I received yesterday really couldn't have been any better. Thank you.

On the second time I got in touch with a lady called Joanne Booth, what a STAR!! she was so very very helpful. I needed help & an update with my ongoing claim. I requested a callback from this company. The member of staff who called me was named Nithya. Firstly she was very approachable, friendly, extremely professional in handling the call & enquiry. She listened very patiently, was very knowledgeable & explained things so well that I could understand the legal jargon involved with my enquiry. Up to now I have always been very anxious in dealing with my enquiries with the different levels of service I have received & queuing & waiting times, but on this occasion Nithya has changed the way I feel & I am more confident to be able to call them to be able to continue with my ongoing claim. There are not many people these days that offer the world class level of service that I received from Nithya, She is a huge asset to the company & should be praised & recognised for her contribution as an employee & from the receiving end by the customer.
