The man I spoke to was so nice and explained things really well what I was unsure about, he was very professional and so nice and polite.
Lisa was really helpful throughout the duration of my claim, she always reassured me whenever I was worried and continued to have my best interest at heart. Really appreciate all the help and couldn’t thank her enough!!
I have had a really good experience with DLG Legal Services. Always prompt with their communication and well informed. Dealt with a few people within the team and they have all been great. Recently Graham Dent dealt with the case and he was also very good and professional.

My first experience was bad, I was passed from this person to that person. Then that person left the company. It has taken nearly 4 years to get resolved. Then my case was passed to Maryam who was brilliant she kept me informed on every progress made. She went above and beyond by calling me to make sure I understand what I needed to do. If Maryam handled my case at the start I’m sure it wouldn’t have taken this long. I give Maryam 5 stars. Thanks you so much.

After being sent to these guys via Direct Line its been nothing but dreadful service. I got a solictors letter 19th December about an accident my son had back in 2019 but Direct Line failed to sort it, so faced a court case in January. I called every day over xmas to get this assigned to a case handler given the court date was early Jan. FINALLY got assigned and took another 2 days of calling to speak to the person. She said she hadn't done anything even thought the time window was tight because she had 'too much work' but will look now. I asked to be kept informed of every step given farce so far with Direct Line over 4 years... guess what nothing! She finally spoke to my son ( cos he told me) and had all the required info to stop the court case.. GUESS WHAT... I got a Court Judgement letter saying because no body responded the judgement goes against us and not only do we owe £9.4k he also gets a judgement against his name!!! Been trying to call and speak to the handler now for 2 days.. yep.. no answer i no clue as to what is going on!! Seriously awful service that has impacted my sons life over something that was not his fault. I can't wait to see what DLG say to get out of this one.. clearly they missed the court deadline.
