I have had a really good experience

I have had a really good experience with DLG Legal Services. Always prompt with their communication and well informed. Dealt with a few people within the team and they have all been great. Recently Graham Dent dealt with the case and he was also very good and professional.

First class service from Ali Emran

Over the last 3 years we have been taking care of by Ali Emran . From the very first day Ali has been courteous , kind and very patient . We are a retired couple having never had to need the services of a legal team before . Ali explained everything in detail and gave us time to think things over and then letting us contact him whenever we were unsure or worried . We couldn’t have been better looked after . Thank you Ali we have so appreciated your help in this matter .

Motor Claim excellent service

My claim went on and on for 10 months. Initially I took it slow but once I felt it is taking too long I kept chasing DLG legal and due to the nature of the claim, once the team lead at DLG legal services started looking into this she handled this so professionally and as quickly as it could have finished. The outcome is a very happy one too for me. The calm and supporting nature of the team is very appreciative. I would definitely recommend DLG Legal Services. Thank you so much DLG legal team for helping me out and for maintaining professionalism by being calm all through out.

I felt very well supported by the legal representative called Mr Emran Ali. He guided me all the way through my case with honest and realistic goals to help me under stand how to make the decision around my case His approach to me showed appathy but at times firmness to guide me in the situation I was in I hope i don't have to have legal representation but If I did then I would hope either Mr Emran Ali would represent me in which ever company he works for or someone of his nature and expertise I think I would find it difficult to find legal representatition that could do his job like Mr Emran Ali unless he had trained someone to work to his standards

Shockingly poor service

Shockingly poor service. Four years to resolve a no-fault claim. Beneficiary died before resolution. South Africa based administration with poor communication ability didn’t help. Avoid if possible.

Jo (Leeds) has been very helpful

Jo (Leeds) has been very helpful, understanding and has helped get things moving with my claim. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for some of the other staff at DLG Legal who were very dismissive of my issues and did not help at all. I wish that all the staff acted like Jo has with me. She always acted on her promises, returning my phone calls etc as requested, has been proactive in dealing with things and has been a pleasure to talk to. Thanks Jo!
