I have had a really good experience

I have had a really good experience with DLG Legal Services. Always prompt with their communication and well informed. Dealt with a few people within the team and they have all been great. Recently Graham Dent dealt with the case and he was also very good and professional.

DLG recently helped me with a personal injury claim and what can i say from start to finish they have been nothing but professional. Claire Hornshaw was dealing with my claim she kept me updated regularly without me having to chase her. Claire advised me and was very patient when i sometimes struggled to understand the legal terms.

Personal service

I had a good experience with DLG going through the process of establishing liabilit fo a car accident that wasn't my fault. My handler, Jo Booth was fantastic. She handled my case extremely professionally and kept me up to date with developments as it progressed. I really felt like I had a personal contact to communicate with which I really valued.

My Claims Handler

My Claims Handler, Siobhan, has been very supportive all the way through a difficult claim. The other side have been shocking and she has always done her best to help me. She has been available to speak to whenever I have needed to be updated on my claim and has always been kind and sympathetic.
