It's so easy and effortless. Didn't have to go digging to find a particular feature since the interface allows you to have a look at everything you need. Also, the drag-and-drop feature is certainly a lifesaver!

It certainly helped me keeping track of the employee leaves and calculation of the payroll. Job distribution has gotten better too as to the precise records of projects undertaken by each employee. The chat box is helpful too in communication between team members while working on the same project.

In the start-up phase I couldn’t really afford an accountant. Instead of an accountant, I invested in this software and it certainly did the job. The details of every deal is uploaded as and when it takes place, invoices are created making it easy to track expenses. The reports made by the software help in making financial decisions. It helped me with the tax calculations too

It’s easy to use, and glitch-free software for accounting. I am a technophobe, and I usually struggle with new software and technologies. But Deskera is surprisingly easy to learn. I have changed my go-to app to Deskera now. What’s more, it lets me categorize my revenue and expense streams… which is a tiny, but welcome addition, that makes a huge difference. While I found the accounting feature to be most useful, there seem to be many more features in this software that I haven’t used yet.

Tracking day-to-day income and expenses for my shop has become a lot simpler since I started using this app. While I have dabbled in other similar software before, Tally and Vyapar, I think Deskera manages to give me the best of both in one place. It’s an all in all solid app and choosing it to run my business has been the right choice so far. There are some functions that would like for the product to have in the mobile version of the app, like the ability to get rid of unused/ irrelevant documents, but that doesn’t compromise the basic functioning of the app in any way, so it’s not a major concern right now

I run a small family business, which has recently picked up. My business and accounting were getting out of hand until I started using Deskera. This software has all the functionalities that a small business would require, like... easy to make documents (invoices, estimates, etc). There were similar functions on Zoho and Khatabook as well, but I prefer Deskera over them. Plus it keeps track of all docs for you. There is also a phone app, which connects to the main app, which makes it easier for me to stay mobile and still work

This is the best software I have used in recent times to create fast invoices and quick estimates, among other documents. The software will also keep a track of all your documents on its highly sophisticated dashboard. It is incredibly helpful, when you require an overview of your activities, from time to time. Plus, the fact that it is connected to the mobile app increases the functionality and overall usefulness of the app by a lot. Good software to use for everyone in the business sector.

The app allows you to do all important business functions easily, and all in one place. I don’t have to keep switching between a hundred different software, My tax calculations, in particular, have gotten a lot easier to do since I started using this since it lets me do those inside the invoices itself. The interface of the app is very user friendly and super easy to navigate. It is very easy to understand as well. I majorly use it as a Quickbooks alternative, but there are a lot of features in the app that I haven’t explored yet.

The app has all the basic accounting functionalities required for any business. Bookkeeping in particular is a great module.I used to work with Quickbooks before, but I switched to Deskera a while back. Have managed to stay on top of my finances with this app. Their chat feature is exactly like whatsapp so my team and I don’t have to bother each other for official communication personal whatsapps. This feature is especially cool because staying in touch with my team is very easy. I would recommend anybody with a small business to give it a try.
