Tracking hundreds of items, their maintenance schedules, and rental availability constantly to rent it out again is the main part of our business. We’ve been using Deskera . and it has been greatt for this - Mainly to organize track rental periods, and automatically calculate fees based on rental duration. Had to customize some fields for our specific needs like equipment serial numbers and inspection dates. It's made managing our rental operations much more organized for our crew of 12.
