Weβve used Deluxe Cruises for about twenty five years, they came recommended by family members who had used them for many years before us. We have used them for every cruise we have booked and they have been excellent. We get regular updates on our trip, advance notice of payments, all paperwork and any information required well in advance. The team provided an amazing service. In addition to this are the personnel details. Cards on birthdays, special occasions and before you travel. Also the added bonus of a commission share in the form of cash back once the voyage is completed. I would, and have, recommend Lesley and her team to anyone planning a cruise.

This travel company really do care for their travellers. The staff are professional, thoughtful & knowledgeable. Our itinerary was updated and reminders issued regularly. We have relied upon Lesley Monk and her team at Deluxe Cruises quite a few times in the past and always found them very responsive and helpful. On this occasion, Claire Jeyes was our main contact person at DC and she acquitted herself very well. One mild disappointment was that historically we have sailed Silverseas or Seabourne; being the first time sailing with Regent we had anticipated something quite similar. Regrettably, Regent disappointed on a number of fronts and one wonders if differences between the cruise lines might have been communicated to us by DC? In addition, as we booked our cruise quite early, we noted fare reductions along the way; again we wondered if DC might have been more proactive in advising us of this. On a very positive note, once we alerted Claire to the fare changes, she very promptly assisted us to have our fares reviewed. Overall, a quite good experience albeit perhaps leaving a little something to be desired.
