We knew we wanted Chinese food for dinner, but we had no idea from where. Looking a the reviews on delivery.com was the best thing I could do. We ordered from a restaurant with high ratings, and the food arrived exactly when delivery.com said it would. And the food was hot and delicious! What more could one ask for??
Delivery.com has become my go-to selection for good deliveries when I'm not inclined to go out etc.
For the most part, delivery works well. But they're the only site that has also had problems with certain restaurants I used delivery for, apparently because they use faxes instead of computers, according to the restaurant. I only use them for their rewards program, which used to be a lot better before they jacked up how many points it takes to get anything. I probably won't use them much longer when/if I ever get my next $5 off reward.

Delivery.com has every place I could want to order from and features discounts and offers from many places. They have frequently have nightly discounts that make ordering in as cheap as cooking myself... but with no dishes to clean! Recently, they added laundry/dry cleaning service too. It's like having my a personal cook and butler in my own apartment!
I love delivery.com but the app has a lot of problems, duplicate orders, orders not going through until hours later.

Good delivery service. Bonnus program is a welcome added feature that distinguishes from the competition. Coupons are great reminders to use service. On a couple occasions, some technical issues, but rare.

Delivery.com hands-down has the best promotions (money off, points) of any online food delivery site, but the UI of the site is terrible. Why, for example, do I need to see what restaurants are closed? Why isn't there at least an option to filter those out? A few restaurants, I know the delivery hours are incorrect. Hard Grove in Jersey City lists a brunch menu on delivery.com that's only available until 1pm but delivery.com says they don't start delivering until 3pm! Also, delivery offers no time estimates. More often than not, I'll go to Seamless and check delivery times before ordering on Delivery.com. Great site to save money, less great for a smooth experience.

Love delivery.com! Earning points is an excellent game and there are lots of restaurant choices to choose from. Haven't gotten into the non-takeout options yet, but looking forward to it!
