Speedy Purchase
I was purchasing a house and was on a tight deadline for when I needed to move in. All of my friends told me that based on their own experiences there was no way. But Caitlin and DC Law made it happen
A Conveyancer you can trust
The task of moving & all that goes with it is pretty much a roller coaster of emotions and stressful.This is only made easier by having a Conveyancer like Christopher Stones who is professional & on piont with all that's to be dealt with. I highly recommend Christopher & should I ever need a Conveyancer DC law are the only firm i would consider. kind regards & many thanks Peter Morris.

At every step they have dragged theirβ¦
At every step they have dragged their heels, never able to speak to the conveyancer dealing with our case, leave voicemails and no reply. All part of sequence conveyancing done through swetenhams. The guy we originally bought the house off used this company for his purchase aswell and it was months not weeks.

Right from the start
Right from the start, nothing was too much trouble for Esther. She is a credit to the company and she made the whole process seamless, we would not hesitate to recommend DC Law to anyone selling their property, we searched for a company and yes there was a few who were cheaper but the reviews were terrible, you get what you pay for with DC Law, courteous and professional.

Sam Brooks - Couldn't Ask For Better
Just as the title says - Sam was there for us the whole way through. Kept level-headed and was a reassuring presence through the buying process. Sam often went the extra mile, and definitely fought some good fights for us. I appreciate the negative stereotype people often have for solicitors, so I'm glad to say that none of that was remotely true for Sam. Sam if you're reading this - I can't thankyou enough, you've definitely saved me a few grey hairs!

Rebecca Rees was a great support to help progress our sale. Near completion, Rebecca was on the ball following up with the buyers solicitor and keeping us posted as there were some delays from the buyers side. She was very efficient in supporting us. DCLaw use the eWay system and this process was seemless.
