Speedy Purchase
I was purchasing a house and was on a tight deadline for when I needed to move in. All of my friends told me that based on their own experiences there was no way. But Caitlin and DC Law made it happen
A Conveyancer you can trust
The task of moving & all that goes with it is pretty much a roller coaster of emotions and stressful.This is only made easier by having a Conveyancer like Christopher Stones who is professional & on piont with all that's to be dealt with. A relatively pain free experience
DC Law provided an informative and easy to use portal that I was able to access on my laptop to view how the conveyancing of the property was progressing. My case handler kept in touch and was always willing to answer my questions and sort out problems along the way. Overall I had a relatively pain free experience and would definitely use the company again.

Nasreen Akhtar - brilliant
Nasreen Akhtar handled the sale of our flat in Cambridge. She is brilliant. The transaction was unusually difficult because the landlord’s managing agent was very slow and unhelpful. Combined with this, the purchaser’s solicitor was asleep at the wheel, was slow to respond and lost documents that Nasreen had sent. Nasreen kept chasing throughout and we completed today. Thank you, Nasreen.

Megan at dc law
The first person we had as our conveyancer was awful, never responded to calls or emails, impossible to get hold of. After escalating the problems to someone higher up, our sale landed in the lap of Megan. The service received from Megan was first class. Always on hand to answer questions, very knowledgeable and professional. We had potential issues in our sale with assent and property ownership documents. When others told us it couldn't be done, Megan was adamant that it could. Although through no fault of dc laws, the sale has taken quite a while, Megan was patient and kept us in the loop of everything going on. The sale has finally been completed and I would recommend dc law, and in particular Megan, if you are looking for a conveyancer.
