Speedy Purchase
I was purchasing a house and was on a tight deadline for when I needed to move in. All of my friends told me that based on their own experiences there was no way. But Caitlin and DC Law made it happen
A Conveyancer you can trust
The task of moving & all that goes with it is pretty much a roller coaster of emotions and stressful.This is only made easier by having a Conveyancer like Christopher Stones who is professional & on piont with all that's to be dealt with. I highly recommend Christopher & should I ever need a Conveyancer DC law are the only firm i would consider. kind regards & many thanks Peter Morris.

Good service at competitive price
Lisa Rimmer our conveyancer was a pleasure to deal with. Ours was a probate sale so hold ups were due to probate delays within Birmingham Council. Lisa always responded quickly to emails and phone calls and kept portal up to date.

Changed my opinion of conveyancing!
Truly outstanding work from Harry Cotton. Harry is about to complete our property purchase, which has been a long-winded affair with lots of changes to dates etc. Nothing has been too much trouble. Harry's communication has been outstanding throughout, and he is always on the end of the phone or an email, ready to help. Having had a mixed (but generally poor) experience of conveyancers previously, I would not hesitate to recommend Harry or to use him again were this not our forever home! Thank you.

Very professional Company. Very good online system for tracking and processing status etc to give up to date progress of the sale. Nasreen was exceptionally good, often working late into the evening to get things done. Highly recommended, especially as our property was a leasehold flat and some solicitors shy away from leasehold. This didn't worry Nasreen in the slightest.
