Speedy Purchase
I was purchasing a house and was on a tight deadline for when I needed to move in. All of my friends told me that based on their own experiences there was no way. But Caitlin and DC Law made it happen
A Conveyancer you can trust
The task of moving & all that goes with it is pretty much a roller coaster of emotions and stressful.This is only made easier by having a Conveyancer like Christopher Stones who is professional & on piont with all that's to be dealt with. Still ongoing with DC Law
Still ongoing with DC Law purchasing my first property. Emails are not being responded to, I have also heard from the estate agent saying that their emails are also being ignored. Phone calls are not returned and message sent on the app are ignored. The last email that they responded to was after 3 and a half weeks! It feels like they really don’t want to speak to or even communicate with their clients/customers. Hopefully this review might help improve communication, I can only hope!

A modern and proactive approach to conveyancing. It’s a myth that it takes 6months for a sale to go through. Motivated solicitors who want to get the client/s moved. Always answered the phone, always responded to emails quickly…and we got our sale and purchase done within 8 weeks (with a chain) OLIVER VALE is by far the best conveyancer I have ever dealt with (I have bought and sold over 100 properties). I wish I’d been introduced to him sooner! 5 stars!

I don't give 5 stars only for one reason...there were several times during this process where I had to ask for updates as no information was being given. Other than that, everything went smoothly. And also the sale process dragged for a long time despite their efforts.

Gave me good advice to save my stamp duty
Used DC Law to complete my purchase. Gave me good advice on how to push throught the line before the 31/3 deadline so I can save a few thousand £ first buyer stamp duty. Very much recommend. Hopefully the next govenerment can lower the stamp duty so no one need to go throught these stress again!
