DC Law is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about communication and customer service.

I was purchasing a house and was on a tight deadline for when I needed to move in. All of my friends told me that based on their own experiences there was no way. But Caitlin and DC Law made it happen
The task of moving & all that goes with it is pretty much a roller coaster of emotions and stressful. This is only made easier by having a Conveyancer like Christopher Stones who is professional & on piont with all that's to be dealt with. I highly recommend Christopher & should I ever need a Conveyancer DC law are the only firm i would consider. kind regards & many thanks Peter Morris.
An Excellent experience and Chris is a superb Conveyancer. He will be recommended to my family and friends.

Massive thanks to DC Law for getting us through our recent sale and purchase in Bristol - recommended by Andrews and, overall, we are very happy with the service we received. Matt was extremely helpful, reassuring and easy to talk to, especially through a very difficult period of our process where things all started to get a bit messy (through no fault of ours or DC Law!). My only slight issue would be communication got a little bit strained as the Stamp Duty deadline approached, but I think this was more down to Matt maybe being given too many cases to handle at once with such an important deadline coming up, so this might be more a reflection on an unfortunate circumstance where Jenny left the company and workloads had to increase accordingly and is by no means a bad reflection on Matt. We eventually completed our process with Liam, who is an absolute star - the regular updates through the final few weeks were extremely reassuring and it was helpful to know how we were progressing and what was left to do, which was always explained very clearly and honestly. Big thank you to Liam, Matt and DC Law - we will be forever grateful for your help and I would use DC Law again in the future!

We have not used DC Law ourselves in the sale/purchase of our house but it doesn’t matter as they are in control of the whole chain so messing with the whole chains lives. Everyone in our chain was ready for completion on 25th April….DC Law didn’t even bother to reply to the query on whether that date worked for their buyer, it did btw, but apparently it didn’t work for DC Law. Fast forward to now, we were meant to exchange on Friday, last minute DC law ask for an extra document, which was sent as a matter of urgency. A message was then received that the document needed to go through ‘compliance’ which the other solicitors in the chain say is nonsense and nothing further was heard. It is now Tuesday and we still haven't exchanged or even heard from them to know what is going on. Looks like a second completion date 2 weeks from the original is going to be lost again thanks to DC law. Amy, please at least have the courtesy to respond to the other involved parties 07/05/25 - the reply from DC law sums them up. I have clearly stated I am not the client, I am in the chain being held hostage by DC Law. What hope do we have!!?

Liam Ryan was our appointed solicitor for our sale. Liam did a fantastic job at keeping us up to date, great communication throughout. I've used DC Law numerous times and recommended them to several family members and friends.

Iain Fleming has been and remained professional throughout a difficult and challenging sale, through no fault of our own but due to the buyers solicitor’s incompetence. He has excelled his communication skills, keeping me in the loop and updated often. He has a very pleasant and skilled demeanour & I will certainly use his dexterity in the future.

DC Law were appointed by Co-op legal services to sell my late brothers house to me via a beneficiary buyout. All this was alien to me, a complete opening of my and my husbands eyes. Fortunately, Cheryl England handled the case brilliantly taking into account that as a pensioner, "the digital age is not applicable to me."

The best conveyancers in the country. I was informed through the whole process and the portal is really great. Specially I would like to thank you to Harry Cotton which was very professional always proactive, respondent to my questions and he was really quick. I highly recommend DC law.

This is regards to Victoria from DC Law. Her communication is absolutely horrible. I am in the process of buying and the seller has hired her as his solicitor and she has dragged this process out way too long to the point that the seller and I have started to email eachother to keep eachother updated because we cannot depend on her to pass on the information from my solicitor. She has made this process so much more stressful than it needs to be for a straight forward no chain sale. My offer was confirmed on the 30th January and we are still no where near a completion date because of her lack to respond to emails and queries with what the seller has already sent her. She knows we are all annoyed and quite frustrated yet she still continues with this lack of communication.
