DASH Water is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and fast delivery, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
Really enjoy all the Dash water flavours. So nice to find a soft drink that is 0 calories, not too sweet or full of artificial sweeteners. I have a subscription so boxes of drink arrive at my door. Whenever I've had a query I get excellent quick and helpful response from the customer service team

We have been enjoying Dash water for some time; it's great to find a zero calorie drink with nothing artificial in it and that actually tastes nice. Our latest order arrived damaged (a can was missing and there was a damp patch in its place). I sent Dash an email at 1630 and by 0700 the following morning had received a reply saying a replacement pack had been sent out. Outstanding customer service from Alex.
This is the best flavoured water I have ever had, so refreshing and even better no sweeteners or sugar I would highly recommend this to my friends

The flavoured water is lovely and with no sweeteners. Amazing. The order came very quickly. Unfortunately the package got bumped in delivery, so I contacted their customer services and got a very quick reply and a replacement. Thanks Alex. Great service.

Product isnβt bad, great concept but the customer service is non existent. Sent an email at 11:18 on the 27th of August and heard nothing back. The referral scheme is a scam, I referred my house mate in my house share and they placed a first order. I didnβt receive my 20 pounds referral fee, which Iβm guessing is because we live in the same house. In London a lot of people house share so the referral scheme discriminates against house shares, despite it being a different name, room and person. So the product isnβt bad, but the customer service and scam referral scheme means itβs avoid and Iβll cancel my own subscription.

I recently discovered Dash Water when looking for a zero calorie, unsweetened, flavoured water. Dash meets all of these and does so deliciously. Great environmental credentials, brilliant flavours, and it's not sweet. I have tried blackcurrant, grapefruit, cucumber, raspberry and mango so far. My favourites are blackcurrant and mango, but all of them are good. Ordering online was reasonably easy, though it didn't display quite right on my phone browser. Delivery was quick. We got through 48 cans way more quickly than I anticipated. Next order is on the way.

The drinks are refreshing. When opening a can the odour is strong and pleasant but the taste far more subtle. It feels like pure sparkling water with a subtle twist. Most not sweet, so great water enhancement but will take a bit of time for tastebuds to adjust if used to traditional soft drinks - worth it though!

I have a subscription for 96 cans per month and would be lost without it. Firstly they all (well perhaps I could live without the cucumber flavour) taste amazing, peach being my personal favourite. It ensures that I drink my quota of water per day as I can measure the amount easily by multiplying the cans. I genuinely miss it when I am away from home and find I have a stash in the car too at all times. Thanks for rescuing the wonky fruit and making something delicious. For those that moan about the price, it's all about priorities - I don't smoke or eat junk food etc so I am happy to indulge in some delicious sparkling water, guilt free. Thank you DASH you make my day

Wanted to try a drink that was sugar free, sweetner free and hopefully had a good taste. Well DASH delivered and beyond, we tried Lemon, raspberry, peaches and blackberry loved the taste of them all, that a referred a friend who ordered lime, mango and grapefruit. So refreshing, you actually feel like you've had a drink unlike normal fizzy drinks. Taste is not in your face but you know what you are drinking. Its a refreshing drink and a game changer. A definite must try if you haven't already.
