Zero Customer Service
Product isn’t bad, great concept but the customer service is non existent. Sent an email at 11:18 on the 27th of August and heard nothing back. The referral scheme is a scam, I referred my house mate in my house share and they placed a first order. I didn’t receive my 20 pounds referral fee, which I’m guessing is because we live in the same house. In London a lot of people house share so the referral scheme discriminates against house shares, despite it being a different name, room and person. So the product isn’t bad, but the customer service and scam referral scheme means it’s avoid and I’ll cancel my own subscription.
