Really enjoy all the Dash water flavours. So nice to find a soft drink that is 0 calories, not too sweet or full of artificial sweeteners. I have a subscription so boxes of drink arrive at my door. Whenever I've had a query I get excellent quick and helpful response from the customer service team
We have been enjoying Dash water for some time; it's great to find a zero calorie drink with nothing artificial in it and that actually tastes nice. Our latest order arrived damaged (a can was missing and there was a damp patch in its place). I sent Dash an email at 1630 and by 0700 the following morning had received a reply saying a replacement pack had been sent out. Outstanding customer service from Alex.
Dash has really helped me to increase the amount of water I drink (and decrease my wine consumption on weekends!). The flavours are natural with so many to choose from. On the odd occasion I've needed customer service, the response is fast, helpful and generous.
I love the ethos of the product. Also really like some of the flavours - each to their own favourites. The website has been updated and is now even easier to use for ordering/pausing orders/redeeming points for orders. Reminders by email about upcoming orders means you never get a delivery "out of the blue" which you might have wanted to pause/claim money etc. If I have ever had a problem within the website or a query, I've emailed DASH and have had a prompt response and problem sorted. Very good all round, and means I dont have to cart heavy cans from the shops - they come to my porch and go straight into my fridge.
Please be careful with this company. The drink are actually good which is a shame as I would have happily subscribed. I ordered a variety pack and the confirmation had my old address, only for invoice, but delivery address was correct. I notified them immediately. They went ahead and sent to my old address. No communication I received a notification from DPD my order was on its way again. I thought fine hick up, at least I get my package. Then a week later I was signed up for a subscription I didn't sign up for. I emailed numerous times, no replies. I treated them with he ombudsman. I only then received a refund. No apology nothing. Customer service is BAD and let's this product down badly.
The product is really good but the customer service has let it down. Shame!
The product is great and we have ordered before. This time it appeared they were not properly packed. The first box arrived open and partially resealed. The second box took a further three days as the notification was it was damaged in transit and eventually arrived reboxed in different box with all the cans dented. No real drama as it all still tastes good and none missing.
Signed me up for a subscription I never wanted then charged me nearly Β£200 and refused to cancel the order.
I purchased once from this company, then they signed me up for a subscription I never agreed to and knew nothing about. This morning at 05:00 I got an email saying my "subscription order" was confirmed. An order I never placed, wanted or could afford. I emailed back within minutes asking to cancel this order as I didn't knowingly set up a subscription and could not afford this payment. They didn't reply until 09:30 telling me it had already been sent and basically I just have to deal with it. Extremely unhelpful and unsympathetic, completely ignored the fact I said I cannot afford it and that the order was a mistake (THEIR mistake). I replied saying that's unacceptable and again, that I cannot afford it, and never received a reply back. Funnily enough, I didn't receive the "dispatched" email until 3 hours after they told me it had been dispatched. It also says it takes 2-5 days for delivery so I don't believe for a second that the order can't be returned to them or cancelled in all that time. Yet, my card has already been charged when I haven't even received the product. I am going to have to do a chargeback through my bank if customer service don't sort this mess out. It's extremely malicious of this company to send out a confirmation email at such an unsociable hour and then not respond until it has *conveniently* "left the warehouse". Avoid buying from this company if you don't want them to rip nearly Β£200 from your bank account without so much as a "sorry about this mistake, we'll sort it out". Completely unacceptable way to do business.
Lovely alternative to a sugary fizzy drink.. bonus of 0 cals and no sugar works with my healthy regime at the moment.

This is such a great product run by a really super company.
Every flavour is sublime and I love the new Cherry. Also love the cucumber and mint and have got loads of family and friends hooked on it too.
