DASH Water is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and fast delivery, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
Really enjoy all the Dash water flavours. So nice to find a soft drink that is 0 calories, not too sweet or full of artificial sweeteners. I have a subscription so boxes of drink arrive at my door. Whenever I've had a query I get excellent quick and helpful response from the customer service team

We have been enjoying Dash water for some time; it's great to find a zero calorie drink with nothing artificial in it and that actually tastes nice. Our latest order arrived damaged (a can was missing and there was a damp patch in its place). I sent Dash an email at 1630 and by 0700 the following morning had received a reply saying a replacement pack had been sent out. Outstanding customer service from Alex.
This is the best flavoured water I have ever had, so refreshing and even better no sweeteners or sugar I would highly recommend this to my friends

I don't offer up 5 stars easily for anything. I'm not even sure this write up will be accepted as I've had issues with Trustpilot in the past. But this dash-water company is giving me what I need, slightly fruit-flavoured carbonated water, free of sugar and sugar substitutes, and especially free of aspartame which is one additive that I am particularly suspicious of. So I can stop using sugar-free or "zero" fizzy drinks like cola, sprite etc etc. And also important is the can size which allows me more control over how much carbonated drinks I'm drinking. I ordered 48 cans. One of the cans split in its carton of 12. Informed the supplier and they replaced the carton within a couple of days. Great service and delivery.

First it is right to say that these products are FANTASTIC...I am in love with themπ. The part that seems odd to me is that ordering through the website is sooooo much more expensive than Amazon..Β£15 v Β£11.25 Plus I get next day delivery. I always like to use the company site however......

Had my first drink of this at Clarksons pub. Loved it and came home and ordered a job lot of the stuff. It is really refreshing, tastes amazing. None of the chemicals you normally find in stuff like this. Really enjoy it...

A swift delivery and with my opening offer I feel it is a reasonably priced product. I may well purchase again based on the 4 flavours I have in my first order. A wonderful treat from time to time rather than simply drinking my 'cheap & cheerful' sparkling water from Aldi.
