DASH Water is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and fast delivery, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
Really enjoy all the Dash water flavours. So nice to find a soft drink that is 0 calories, not too sweet or full of artificial sweeteners. I have a subscription so boxes of drink arrive at my door. Whenever I've had a query I get excellent quick and helpful response from the customer service team

We have been enjoying Dash water for some time; it's great to find a zero calorie drink with nothing artificial in it and that actually tastes nice. Our latest order arrived damaged (a can was missing and there was a damp patch in its place). I sent Dash an email at 1630 and by 0700 the following morning had received a reply saying a replacement pack had been sent out. Outstanding customer service from Alex.
This is the best flavoured water I have ever had, so refreshing and even better no sweeteners or sugar I would highly recommend this to my friends

I have been subscribed to a Dash delivery (every 60 days) for a year or so now. I am still really enjoying the drinks - it's fantastic to find something that is actually enjoyable, sugar-free AND not packed full of sweeteners. I have tried most of the flavours now - I think my top 3 are currently lime, orange and raspberry. To make it even better, they have the BEST subscription platform I have ever used - it is SOOOOO flexible, meaning that I can tweak my delivery details as often as I like. As a result, in the summer when my kids descend on the house and drink several cans a day, I can easily just ramp up my order... and then scale it back down again when winter comes around. No hassle at all - give that IT Team a bonus!

I love love love Dash water so much I am addicted. Alex at customer service has been so helpful. Super fast responses, always helps with my questions and processing my orders in a timely manner. My favourite flavours are mango, orange and grapefruit. I wish they did a strawberry flavour mmmm. π

Firstly the most delicious healthy soft drinks on the market. . Completely converted. Obsessed with the lime and looking forward to trying other flavors shortly. Customer service is exceptional too. They went out of their way to help, even on a bank holiday.

This water is absolutely delicious! I have a feeling I will make this a part of my shops for myself now!! I had ordered quite a few as I thought it would be cool to serve at a party, when they arrived one of the packs had damaged cans and I sent an email and received confirmation that a new box was on its way the same day which is amazing, thank you!! Great customer service!
