Terrible experience
Terrible experience . Would never use again . My friend booked cruise for 6 of us so booking was at least £7000. It was my 60th birthday hence the cruise. I had a so called balcony cabin in my own out of choice . The rest of the group were together top deck front of ship I was in my own bottom deck back of ship . It was not a proper balcony but just a hole in the hill . Complained . Got nowhere . Even accused me if it not being my birthday 😡. Would have taken them to court but as my friend booked it was difficult to do so without involving her . Would never book with them again !
