Cruise1st is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
Easy but thorough process. I called and was quickly put through to an agent. The whole process was explained to me as we went along and I always felt at my ease. I will definitely be using cruise1st again to book my next cruise. They were also the cheapest amongst several cruise agents that I could find
Overall great but did not realise that there would be so many children on board. Seating in the lounge area could do with more.
The person I booked the cruise with was a great help and gave me good advise

They were generally ok when booking the cruise but as soon as they have your booking the support disappears. They no longer care. The agent they sold you the cruise is not longer your point of contact and their customer services opening hours are short. Good luck talking to them if you have a full time job! I wanted to amend our cabins to a higher grade after booking. 6 calls and countless emails later it’s still not done. There booking terms are worse than the cruise line direct too. In future I’ll go direct to the cruise line. Avoid.

My wife and I have been customers of Cruise 1 for many years .We trust Cruise 1 totally with our plans and ideas with our forthcoming cruise bookings .They are second to none with ideas and special deals .We have our own agent we have used for years Adam he is so professional and spot on with every task he sorts out for us he is a credit to the company

Having booked with cruise 1st before, I called again regarding cruise which was not in their brochures. Kashmir excellently researched and came back with said cruise at lesser price!

PLEASE CHECK REVIEWS on reviews.io before booking. Not willing to help once you’re booked. Our agent Steph has not replied to our messages. We just wanted to know if something was possible or not, but she hasn’t the courtesy to reply. Shocking customer care. Take your hard earned money and book elsewhere. My advice, book direct with the cruise company, they will always be available to help and won’t give you the runaround!! We won’t make the same mistake twice, be warned!
