Would definitely recommend booking with CRUI.SE and we will be booking our next river cruise with them as well. We were initially helped by Rachel who sent us 4 quotes and tailored our requirements each time until we found the one that suited us best. When we rang to book, Rachel was unavailable but Carley helped us and was up to speed with what we wanted to book. She was friendly, helpful and polite. At no point during the enquiry process did we feel pressurised into booking. They sent the quotes and then waited for us to decide. Their prices are amazing and they managed to get our river cruise price below that of TUI themselves. All our flights and transfers are included. The deposit was paid efficiently and we received instructions on how to pay the final bill.
Have spoken to Raechel over the last few days and that lady gives you confidence in her knowledge of the trip that you are requesting and get a good conclusion It was worthwhile to go outside the box of thinking you don't always have to go direct to the travel company selling the same product Well done Crui.se
Rebecca Mann handled our recent booking of a river cruise travelling up the Danube next June . She answered any questions we had and made the whole process very easy so we are very happy with the service received so far from Crui.se. I'm sure we will have more questions as the date of our holiday gets nearer but we're confident that they will be addressed and that we're in safe hands with this agent

Booking with crui.se was a smooth process and Rachel was friendly and helpful though out. The only reason for not giving 5* at this point is that there will be further enquiries and information needed along the way, so I'm not going to preempt that experience. If you are looking for a European river cruise it's worth checking out crui.si.

Have just confirmed a "Danube Dreams" river cruise and felt we had to compliment the superb service received from Alfie at Crui.se. Having never booked a river cruise before, we had many questions, not only in terms of location / time of year but also what we might expect. Alfie answered all our questions and provided a number of fully costed, different options before settling on our final choice.
