Superb Service
Have just confirmed a "Danube Dreams" river cruise and felt we had to compliment the superb service received from Alfie at Crui.se. Having never booked a river cruise before, we had many questions, not only in terms of location / time of year but also what we might expect. Alfie answered all our questions and provided a number of fully costed, different options before settling on our final choice. I would thoroughly recommend the company, and Alfie in particular for the knowledge of the cruises they offer, their patience in answering queries but especially their friendliness and good humour.
