This website was super easy to use. I paid the urgent fee and got a bid very quickly. Within an hour, I had picked a lawyer and we scheduled an appointment for the next morning. The messaging feature was helpful because I checked with her that she would be available quickly before hiring. Ryenne was very nice and helpful, went through my employment contract with me, and gave very helpful advice. Would recommend!

I didn’t really have a clue how to compare and find a lawyer for my particular situation. I was pleased to happen upon Contracts Counsel, which was given very high ratings by customers and Trustpilot. The user interface is very intuitive, and I was able to submit my legal situation, receive and review the bids, message one of the lawyers, and hire him, all very easily. I give it only 4 stars since I wanted to change from the free- to the paid-priority listing after submitting my case, but there was no explanation how to do this, either on the website or after Googling for it. I had to cancel the project and start over. I also was unable to confirm on the website whether the lawyer I eventually hired was licensed (meaning state and license #), so had to Google for that as well.

ContractsCounsel made the process of hiring an attorney quick and easy. I am very satisfied with the site and the process! I have experience with working with in-house counsel and for this contract needed an outside attorney. Quotes came back quickly from a mixture of medium and small firms. IMO some had read my request, others were a standard quote. Paid half up front and the balance on completion, which was fair. Zachary did what he said he would do and returned the first draft same day, which was better than I had requested. There were a half dozen questions and wrapped up quickly. On par with my in-house experience. Sent the draft off to the other side and will re-engage with Zachary, if needed. No surprises!
