I asked to write a letter and was asked tonpay the fee for writing the letter. Then the attorney stated he only gave advice this time abd the letter would be extra. So I asked how much the letter would cost and the attorney never provided me an answer. This is very unfair and ethical business practices need to be adhered to when you make a promise to keep it. I already knew the process to write to the attorney, I just needed the letter written which was not delivered for the money sent. John A,
