ContractsCounsel made the process of hiring an attorney quick and easy. I am very satisfied with the site and the process! I have experience with working with in-house counsel and for this contract needed an outside attorney. Quotes came back quickly from a mixture of medium and small firms. IMO some had read my request, others were a standard quote. Paid half up front and the balance on completion, which was fair. Zachary did what he said he would do and returned the first draft same day, which was better than I had requested. There were a half dozen questions and wrapped up quickly. On par with my in-house experience. Sent the draft off to the other side and will re-engage with Zachary, if needed. No surprises!
