Great company to use when setting up a business.
Bank account application
It would have really helped if all the details for the business accounts including what they were offering was included rather than expecting customers to make a choice from the limited list with limited info. I choose to go with another company recommended to me but if i had waited there was some really good offers from the company (I choose from the list) as i could not move on with my registration. The offers were not clear.

I have been using this company for the last 10 years. Yes, they are very good, quick and efficient. 10 years back though, it was much easier to create a company, then today. You didn't need all those ID security checks, and so on. But still, the job is done very well. No complains. Very clear instructions. Highly Recommended!

I had serious troubles using your app
I had serious troubles using your app. As a foreigner I was expected to add 2 documents for ID validation but it kept accepting only one. Every time I called ready to reign hell on earth, her cheerful and friendly tone as well as her calm approach improved my mood. İt was her personal effort to put me in touch with Jenny to provide a speedy solution for me. I honestly believe I may have had a more negative approach if it were not for her telephone manners. Please notice that I have used a random date but just about all calls in the last month coming from my phone (+905013210666) were answered by Clare.
