Great company to use when setting up a business.
Bank account application
It would have really helped if all the details for the business accounts including what they were offering was included rather than expecting customers to make a choice from the limited list with limited info. I choose to go with another company recommended to me but if i had waited there was some really good offers from the company (I choose from the list) as i could not move on with my registration. The offers were not clear.

Congratulations but ...
Congratulations for providing this unique service to entrepreneurs and businessmen in general. However, certain improvements are necessary: The online authentication is too complex for someone not possessing and/or not familiar with modern equipment. There are no alternative options like for example authentication by physical presence or through a notary public or otherwise. I visited your offices on, or about, 06.09.23 and presented my documents. Yet your artificially "intelligent" robots keep asking for the same documents over and over. Suggestion: Employ a human being over average education to respond to your customers' special requirements.
