Great company to use when setting up a business.
It would have really helped if all the details for the business accounts including what they were offering was included rather than expecting customers to make a choice from the limited list with limited info. I choose to go with another company recommended to me but if i had waited there was some really good offers from the company (I choose from the list) as i could not move on with my registration. The offers were not clear.

Made a mistake in updating one of the services, and the response was professional, friends and though.. I expected the issue to take time to fix but luckily it was less than 10 minutes before they got back to me with a confirmation that the issue has been resolved.
Hi, I’m sure that I may be contributing to the problem, but I just can’t seem to complete a registration. When I did my personal ID your site said everything was OK. This morning I get a message saying that the ID process had failed. With no explanation as to why it failed. I have now received a response that confirms that everything was OK. “If this is not the case, I have to contact the company”. I don’t know if it’s sorted out and that is why I am paying a fee. The company cannot make the onus on me to contact them if there is a problem. I am paying them to make sure every is in order.
Worst experience ever. The software doesn't cater for corporate shareholders, staff insisted on manually looking through documents, Not GDPR compliant, took almost a month to incorporate and it took multiple tries for directors to submit KYC. Then staff accidentally submitted KYC with the incorporation documentation. Rather go with Inform Direct for UK incorporations.
