Bank account application

It would have really helped if all the details for the business accounts including what they were offering was included rather than expecting customers to make a choice from the limited list with limited info. I choose to go with another company recommended to me but if i had waited there was some really good offers from the company (I choose from the list) as i could not move on with my registration. The offers were not clear.

Slow notification

All good except that the company was formed but CMS was still showing it as "Pending" 24 hours later. Apparently it was an issue at Companies House, so I have upgraded my rating.
