Six weeks of complete failure by BT solved by Chigwell Satellite! Chigwell Satellite came to my aid in just a few days to install Starlink and TP Link boosters to my Office and home. Achieved in a few hours with competence, kindness and high professionalism. I would strongly recommend them.

Great idea

Great idea. I had my sky booster sitting on the landing where it was unsightly and a trip hazard. I'm happy to have found a solution. Very affordable and very easy to fit. πŸ‘πŸΌ

Sky Q mini box and router brackets…

Sky Q mini box and router brackets ordered Friday afternoon and arrived Saturday morning ! Used to mount the equipment on the walls, rather than the shelves they were on --- far neater. Look good and I no longer hit my head on the corner of the 'floating shelf in the bedroom !! Really pleased !

Thankyou - outstanding customer service.

All I wanted was a Sky box to replace a faulty one. What I received was the most comprehensive level of service I have received from any company anywhere for a very long time. For free. Outstanding. Would have been very easy for Richard to take my money, despatch a box & say "thanks for your business". He chose to spend a few miutes talking me out of it & explained why. He succeeded. So I didn't buy anything from them. They lost a sale. And within the time it took me to do what was suggested, Sky works properly again. At no cost. So if you have a Sat problem, like I had, don't necessarily believe what someone else says. Don't be afraid to ring Chigwell to seek advice before ordering from them. Great service, good price and fast delivery

Just wanted to say thanks for the Sky box I recently ordered. It arrived a day ahead of Amazon's "expected delivery date" so all set up for tonight's match! It was a replacement for an old Samsung Sky+ HD box and am pleased with the smaller size of the Amstrad. I started to follow the instructions you provided regarding "How to pair your existing subscription card with your new Digibox" and have a few (hopefully positive) comments: 1. Connected new box to 2 satellite cables 2. Connected new box to HDMI socket on TV 3. Connected ethernet cable to network 4. Inserted old viewing card into new box 5. Connected main cable to new box 6. Switched on new box 7. After a while, pressed Sky button on remote handset to wake it up 8. After a while, pressed 106 on remote handset to select a channel 9. Received message that box needed pairing and to click SELECT on remote handset 10. Clicked SELECT on remote handset and box was paired automatically Might just be my viewing card or software in box has been updated, but there was no need to go into Services > Settings to get Version, Serial, Viewing Card numbers and then contact Sky by phone. So, very pleased with new box and your speed of service.

My remote had given up the ghost and so…

My remote had given up the ghost and so I required a replacement. After some searching I did find what I was looking for online. I live in France, which due to Brexit, now proves challenging in acquiring items from the UK! Delighted that this was straight forward as the item wasn't made in the UK. Postage was expensive, however the item was tracked.

Great service and fast delivery

Great service and fast delivery. Clear instructions on how to set the box up (very easy!), and how to make sure the TV was tuned properly. The box turned up two days later it all worked perfectly first time! I am not technically minded at all, so was very impressed that the instructions I was given all worked! Would highly recommend.
