We popped in for a browse while on tour and had a lovely welcoming from the store owner, had a great chat and a look around. Some top gear in there! I have loved chase guitar for many years but Amrik elevated my opinion of the music shop to an even higher plane, he fixed my guitar in quite a magical manner and was absolutely lovely in process :) Chase is simply the best

I popped into chase direct earlier this afternoon, expecting to buy myself a ukulele and be on my way. I did indeed buy one, as well as a case and a tuner. Great authentic shop. Felt like home. My two daughters were playing guitar and we found small picks my daughter wanted for her guitar. Couple of teens were playing guitar and singing at the back ..... very refreshing to hear pure original sound. Def place to visit whiles in Manchester

Quality, knowledgeable service. We had a lovely chat with the gentleman, he let me have a go on an electric violin, going out of his way to get me the bow and plug it in, and encouraging us to play any instrument we were interested in. Was the highlight of our day spending time in the shop as was such a lovely atmosphere, would highly recommend if just for a chat and a go on a musical instrument.

Amrik was so lovely and very accommodating by letting me try one of the guitars (which sounded beautiful). I put my phone on the side while I was playing and forgot to pick it up! But when I came back into the shop to get it he had put it away somewhere safe for me :) Thank you for your amazing customer service!

I am have recently started to learn to play guitar and, living in manchester city centre, i was directed to Chase Direct for all things guitar related. I took my guitar in for a restring and to purchase a carry case for it. I met the owner Amrik and he was so friendly, genuine and professional.
